W210 n/s mirror

Hi all. The glass has just fell out of n/s door mirror. It was just hanging by the two elec wires. What actually holds the glass in place ? Any ideas appreciated. Cheers.

Plastic lugs at the bottom, and a wire clip at the top is all that holds it in place
