W210 Pre-facelift Rear Bumper

Afternoon all, quick query. Some a--hole has trashed my rear bumper, is the W210 facelift rear bumper the same as the pre-facelift bumper? For ref my W210 is an Avantgarde E300 TD without parking sensors

The bumper is different between facelift and none, although I don't know if it's just a visual change or if the mounting points and shape are different
