I am going to change the rear shocks on my e220 cdi, saloon (234,000 miles), its not that the car has gone bouncy but it takes very little to push down the back end and I feel that given the milage that they could do with a change any way.
The car also feels a bit giddy in windy conditions, all the drop links and ARB bushes have been done and the shocks being weak seems to be the only logical thing left to me, if any of you know any different please let me know.
Is there any tricks of the trade to changing these shocks, where are the top mountings located etc.
