W210 removal of front bumper?

I have a 1999 W210 E Class saloon and there is rust starting on the front wings just above the front bumper as it returns onto the side panel. ie in front of the front wheels.

I would like to remove the front bumper to sort out the rust but can't see how the bumper is fixed to the car - any ideas drawings showing the fixings would be welcome
