The boot lid is hesitant to open fully when I use the remote unlock - it opens, but instead of swinging completely open it needs a tiny 'push' to get it to swing upwards fully. Its as though once the lock is triggered, the lid sits and rests where it is, instead of having the energy to swing upwards.

Is there a point, or points, that I can lubricate?

They don't always swing up - I tend to find that if the seals have been wet, they stick to the lid and it needs a gentle nudge to free it. If it rises once its started I'd leave it alone. Conversely, if they come up too agresively, they have been known to break the back window!
As its been parked for some time, it probably is a bit stiff. Just use it normally and it will probably free up over time anyway. Maybe just put a little stp or equivalent on the seals and spray a little WD40 down the hinges if you can get to them.
Its also possible that the spring is a little tired.
