Buy a couple of litres of the suspension oil and a new oil filter from an MB dealer.

Using some flexible pipe, disconnect the return pipe from the cap at the reservoir, pipe the return into a container for the old oil. Remove the oil cap, start the car, and let it tick over, while replenishing the reservoir with new oil.

Fit the new filter beneath the cap before refitting the cap, and re-connecting the return pipe.

Unlike the power steering which drains very quickly and needs speed and dexterity to change in this way, the oil for the suspension pumps much more slowly, and this job is extremely easy.
