W211 - E280 CDI estate (command + 7 seats)

Hi All,
Well, finaly found the car we like, its a 280 - fully loaded. Listed around 22K. Has done about 51K. Its a 55 plate. Is this a good price for a car of this age & milage? It would be great to hear back from E 280 owners, your positive or negative comments on the car.

The price looks ok. The 280 is an excellent smooth engine. Make sure the gearchanges are smooth up and down. There were issues with some of the 7 speeders that made upshifts clunky.
Other than that, can't think of a reason not to!
