W211 electrical issues

First off: Can any tell me how to turn off rear blowers in E 211 with thermotronic, If i could pull a fuse or just unplug somthing simple then i would be a happy man, the Rear Heater Control Unit and 2 motors are dead so it's bit hot when the sun comes out.

Secondly: why the blooming eck does my Audio 50 APS turn the volume up when Auto Zenons turn on, i can't fathem any way in which the 2 may be connect but the stupid car turns the volume up when lights go on.

Oh and another thing how easy is it to change the gear box oil on a auto 220 cdi.

well, first two faults are new to me but as for the gearbox oil change its a piece of cake, ramp or pit needed, but change filter and new sump gasket as well, while your there for about £4 you might as well change elec muti-plug as well, because it will leak one day, mb now using the old seals which never leaked!!

I'll set about find a mechanic straight away, i know these mercs need a computer degree usually but a good old fashioned mechanic with be just fine for me.
