W211 headlight wash

Happy Easter all. The headlight wash jets do not work, does anyone know where the fuse is? Also while i have your attention how do i get to the rear n/s fog lamp lamp.oh i have a w211 320 cdi 53 estate. Thanks.

You get to the fog lamp by removing the front section of the wheel arch liner

Yes it is in the tail gate, but do i have to take the interior trim out to get to the cluster or can i remove it from the outside? Thanks Alan. Also Sam while i have your attention When are you supposed to change the fuel filter on a 53 320 cdi (70,000)ish I looked at mine this afternoon and there was fuel all around it but no obvious leaks. I tightend the hoses but wonderd if the filters themselvs let go?

No the meal all went wrong, just like the things I sent you.

Believe me my spell checker is working overtime, just like my head.

You do know that your headlamp washers only work when the headlamps are turned on

I have tried all combinations to try to get it to work but to no avial! So i am now of the mind it must be a fuse. Oh and morning.

No fuse as such for this,,there are 3 combinations of fuses

Up to 03, 03-05 a nd 05 on

The headlamp washer is a CAN operated thing, and uses transistorized relay M5/1 in the front box
