04 W211 E Class, the horn fuse keeps blowing, I have a short to ground on the yellow wire at the horn with the horn disconnected, anyone seen this before before I start looking?

The horns use a live feed in the steering column and thats a good place to start to look

You need to check the wiring from the front sam, fuse 56/relay 1k0 to the horn, shouldnt be to hard to trace!

Ok I have got it working without blowing the fuse, I traced the yellow wire from the horn to the fuse box under the bonnet, it plugged in under the fuses and there was another yellow wire on the same spade, this was the shorted wire, I cut this wire and the fault cleared, the horn works and nothing else seems to have stopped working, if anyone can tell me where this wire goes maybe I can find the short.
