Hey y'all

One thing I've noticed with my car is the passenger seat base position does not go very forward. In the pictures this is at its most forward position, is this normal?
Since the front passenger has a lot more legroom than actually needed and the rear passenger sitting directly behind it can feel a bit cramped. The driver seat goes so much more further than the passenger seat. I've checked the tracks to ensure nothing is blocking it.

Please don't tell me its only fixed via STAR/DAS

Hello and welcome

I’d put the seat all the way up and back and look to see what’s jammed in the mechanism

As far as I can see, nothing is blocking anything, also the motor doesn't make any whirring sounds or attempts to move forward as if something was blocking it, but I'll double check tomorrow!

As above, something is stopping the seat going to the end of the runners.

Well I'll be damned, there two 20ps in the railing, guess I wasn't thorough enough when cleaning the car. It's quite a faff to remove them, but hopefully that's the reason.

I'm gonna blame the previous owner here , when I bought the car under the seats were messy af, there was even a small block of wood, which had been broken in two by the movement of the seat!

Just got them out, that was a lot of effort for 40p haha, I think the seat is able to move more forward, but I'll have to check tomorrow in the light and compare photos.
