W211 Wing mirror indicator question

Hello
I have an 2008 W211 E220 Elegance and the right hand wing mirror indicator needs replacing, I found the model number and ordered the part and it came with a small bulb hanging off the main indicator body, I have looked at a few videos and some seem to show the bulb and others just have the Indicator alone.
Before opening up the whole unit to find I have the wrong one can anyone tell me if there are two types for the same model ?

Puddle lamp? Yes, I think this came in with the 211 mirror assy.

think if you take the mirror glass out it will be much clearer how to go about changing the part
