W212 2012 door mirror A2128101116

Hi,
I need a replacement A2128101116 nsf door mirror colour code 775. Taken out by a delivery driver. I’ve offered to find one on eBay and he’ll pay for it as a new one is circa £650 and the eBay ones from £120-£160. It’s the power fold puddle light version. I’ve seen a number of mirrors advertised but some have the code A2128100516 and others have A2128102176 ( this was the code Mercedes gave me based on my reg) .Does anyone know if they are all compatible or do I need to stick to the same part number.

As you can see from the diagram below there are many part numbers for a n/s mirror including the second one in your post above.
Stick with getting a replacement with that Part# ( A212 810 2176)

My paint code is 775 for iridium silver so I don’t believe so. But If I’d ordered it from Mercedes’ it does come pre painted unlike other body parts that have to be painted
