it stuggels to move up the hill. and its like suddenly breaking while accelerating.
ive got a w212 2014 2.2l version
firstly the problem arose as the abs sensor malfunctioned. eventhogh i replaced it nothing changed with the gear shifting

Welcome to the forum.
I take it that you pinpointed the ABS sensor issue by having the fault codes read first.
What other fault codes are present?
Did you check the gearbox oil level?
Are there any noises coming from the gearbox when in park, drive or reverse when stationary and the engine running?
When stationary is the gearchange into drive or reverse from park smooth or is there a big thump?
Does it only appear to enter drive (forward or reverse) if you apply power to move the car?
Any noises from the gearbox will indicate a mechanical issue.
At 80k miles the gearbox is due for an oil change at least.

When you say it had an oil leak was this from the automatic gearbox?

after replacing the abs sensor it ran quite smoothly untill i tried to kickdown a bit where the problem again rose:(
and no other error cords are present( even when the car is scaned )
the gear oil has been replaced 2 months ago so i dont think its a problem with oil
and yes indeed there is a thump some times when changing the gear to drive
the fact is no any other problems not even a weird sound
it feels like an electrican issue in the gear box( i have no idea)

I would have the car scanned for fault codes and the gearbox checked over by an Independent MB specialist

I did a scan but nothing was wrong in it

I asked about noises as one issue that can occur is the idler gears can wear (a whine is noticeable when in neutral and the engine running) this can lead to issues with gear changes and failure, but lets look at cheaper points.
Oil contamination in the gearbox loom connector (the engine is meant to decrease power as the gearbox changes gear).
Gearbox adaptions a long way out due to recent change of very old fluid.
Issues with valve body.
Issue with signals for engine and road speed.

I would suggest that a scan at a specialist with either STAR or Xentry and resetting of adaptions would be a good place to start.

Also what sort of warranty did the company that rebuilt the gearbox offer?
