In normal course of my driving, I pass a heavily wooded area, and up to last week, the dash illumination lights would come on, and remain on while I was in the wood. Now this has stopped happening, any idea's anyone?
Thanks. Jim.

It’s brighter outside?

They come on generally with the headlights in auto and the daylight sensor advising it’s somewhat dark. It’s mid summer now so lighter so they don’t come on as much

Thanks Blobcat. Yes, I understand what you are saying, and up to last week, that's how it worked, but now when I enter the forest and the the sun light is blocked, the illuminated lights don't come on. Maybe I hit a dimmer switch or something accidentally?

Yes, switch pointed straight up to A. But I notice a small roller type switch to the left of the light switch, maybe that's a dimmer? Not that I remember moving it at any time...

perhaps drive in the night and see if they come on. I would guess its generally lighter outside.

The road that I'm driving on has trees that meet overhead, and form a canopy, and it gets very dark, only lasts about a half mile or so, so it's not a big deal, but still I'd like to have them working.

That is the dimmer, right twist and it should make the cluster lights brighter,
