Hi, looking to replace my Anti-Roll bar yet I came across a problem and that is when I try to unscrew the bolts that hold the anti-roll bar in place they just seem to spin freely and don't come undone.

Am I doing it wrong is there another step that I have to do in order to take that thing down as all 4 screws are doing it thank you.

There are loose nuts on the other side if the subframe. You have to reach around and hold them still when undoing the bolts

Thank you for the reply and guidance I'll have a look later on today and see if I can reach them as I replaced the torsion bar linkage and now i'm getting a knocking sound when i turn left hard and i never had that with my old ones and i thought that it might be the anti roll bar.
