My Car is a 2010 W212 E200 CGI Blueefficiency equipped with the M271.860 engine which i think is similar to the w204 and slk 200, my issue is that my car’s cold start is pretty rough for a minute or so and then settles down, and if i hold the gas slightly for above 1k rpm there’s a misfire, and at 2.5k also misfiring, But when i hard pressed the throttle no misfires, another issue is there’s a hesitation sometimes especially with load at low rpms, and at very few times there might be a stall.
I replaced everything you could think of. All seals and gaskets, checked all hoses of intake and vacuum, i did compression tests all are good, replaced fuel pump and filter. Replaced almost every sensor and air filter, checked all air mass sensors and i have no egr valve and no pcv valve and no IAC valve and no MAF sensor, my car is only equipped with MAP sensors and o2 sensors which i already replaced. Checked the chain and cam adjusters and magnet sensors all are good, replaced spark plugs, ignition coils, injectors, replaced all pulleys and serpentine belt, checked all belt accessories are good, checked purge valve and canister all are good and tightened everything to specs. I hooked up a star diagnostics and read the faults. I have two faults one is torque calculation error and the other is swirl flap motor frequency too high, those are the only faults i found. I dismantled the intake manifold and checked the linkage arm and flaps. My only suspect is swirl flap motor since torque calculation error exists with a flap motor fault, i need some opinions. Do you think that my issue is with the swirl flap motor?

1- Torque Calculation Error internal component failure.
2 - Swirl Flap Motor sensor has detected too high frequency.

Sorry. What codes specifically? Not the descriptions.

Gonna order a new swirl flap motor and replace it, a mercedes tech guy diagnosed the issue from the swirl flap motor, will replace it and let you know, a guy here in the forum named skylinedgtr encountered a similar issue to mine on the same engine and new swirl flap motor solved it, it seems like it’s a common failure.
