W220 engine mounts

My 2003 S320 CDI needs new engine mounts, I have the inline 6.
Are the mounts engine specific?

Because you’ll get the right ones and if you call MB Grangemouth and ask you’ll get forum discount.

I didn’t buy from my main dealer for my E class because they were twice the price , I bought Lemforder from Autodoc and paid £100 for the pair of mounts and the transmission mount . They even had the MB part number stamped on them .
I did a bit of research to double check the part numbers from other car parts sites and YouTube as well .
It had been my intention to fit them myself , but I got my Indy to change all 3 instead and paid £100 .
As above though , get a price from someone like MB Grangemouth, they do a forum discount and you will be able to compare the risk of getting the wrong ones .

Yes they are specific, but cross reference from the part number and it will be fine.

Even with a forum discount, they would still be more expensive. As for getting it wrong, that's why I was asking for advice.

You had asked about specific fitting, I intended on an answer that would assist in getting the right ones fitment wise, the cost issue is seperate

As above they are vehicle/engine specific (and I some cases year specific).
Going to a dealer you may pay more but your chances of getting the right ones are high.
Go to an online or 3rd party supplier and they may be cheaper but your chances of getting the correct ones are lower.

Your choice which way to go.
