W220 Glow Plugs lights on constant

I am working my way through the minor faults on my W220 and have noted that the glow plugs light up when starting and then most journeys the light stays on for the next 20 mins, sometimes it goes out as it should but mostly the light is on.

I guess one or more of the plugs is probably faulty or end of life, the car has done 110K, I am not due for an A Service for another 12300 according to ASSYST but I do need the air con looking at as well.

Im not one for engine work so how much would I be looking at an indie for replacement plugs and labour assuming they need replacing?

If the light stays on, it definately points to a dodgy plug. General advice as far as I can tell is if you are going to replace one, replace them all as the others probably arn't far behind (espcially with 110K on the clock).

KMS are listing the plugs at £11.51 + VAT each, so about £80 all in for the new plugs. It's not a big job, so I would imagine labour should be under £100 from a good garage.

Also possible the glow plug relay has blown one or two of the fused links,
