W220 Sclass Alloy Wheel offset

Hi,
Does anyone Know what the minimum offset allowable for an S Class W220.

I have just bought 2 CLK alloys with an offset of ET30.

Can anyone help???

If you look on the back of your wheels the ET is cast in, off the top of my head I think the S class uses an off set of 45, this would mean that you must use 15mm spacers of the correct MB type.

Hi Malcolm,

Yes you are right about the 45 offset. However is it not only possible to reduce an offset with spacers, and not increase it.

If your original wheels are 45 and you want to use 30 then a 15 mm spacer will take the wheel out to the correct possition.
