w220 tv not working

I have a 2000 model w220 s320LWB
I am trying to get the TV tork any ideas. All the other functions on the system work well. I do not know if the car has a TV tuner fitted , how do I check ?

If you have no tuner fitted, when you press the TV button it will say "no TV"
