Cheers to everyone in this group, I am Michalis, live in Athens and am an avid MB fan, especially of models up to 1996. I am happy to be here, you guys are very helpful and very fast in your suggestions.

I recently (3 years ago) bought a B180 d, for the wife and kids. From previous cars that I own, I know that by pressing the unlock twice and keeping it pressed the all windows and roof open and by pressing lock twice they close.

Here goes: In this car this option might not be available. No matter how many times I have tried, no avail. I noticed that there is no sensor on the door handle like the rest. I attached a photo. I am almost convinced that convenience does not exist, unless there is something else I am missing.

Please feel free to confirm my thoughts or advise me differently , if you feel like, or find the time

Thanks in advance,

Maik.

Welcome to the forum Maik:)

I think you could be correct in your assumption. No door sensor, no closing aid.

I have the self closing feature on my S204 C class, but there is only one sensor, on the drivers door.
