Hi,
I have the above B180 and following a recent service, the mechanic noted that the off-side high beam isn’t working. They are the Xenon type headlights and he advised that the high beam is activated by a motor moving a reflector but he can’t hear the motor moving on mine. Is this a common fault?
I’ve priced a replacement unit from a part finder site at around £600 before fitting but this seems a bit steep. I’m not sure if a whole headlight unit is needed or if there’s any other way to fix it.
Can anyone please advise on my best options?
