W638 engine swap

I'm looking at putting a 112cdi engine in my vito w638 110cdi the engine is complete with gearbox just wants turbo and alternator will the ones off my engine fit also will I have to get a 112cdi ecu

Did you take the plunge and swap the engine in the end? If so, how did it turn out?

Only asking as I might be needing a new lump for the campervan, despite it having only 57K miles, and I'm wondering what the best option might be.
