W639 Viaon Exclusive 2009 - headlights - so many bulbs !!?

Hi, I have a Viano Exclusive v6 3.0, and getting a message saying right dipped beam, went to change the bulb and seems there are 3 x H7 bulbs in the headlamp cluster, can anyone advise what they are all for?
When I put the lights on (usually use auto light setting), only the top bulb lights up, (same on both sides) when I do full beam again only the same bulb lights up.

When I unlock the car, the lower right bulb comes on then goes off again (when I say lower right, I am looking at the left-hand headlight, obviously the other way around on the right-hand light).

I am at a loss as to which of the 3 bulbs does what, has anyone got an owner's manual or repair manual that shows what each is for?

Dipped beam, hi beam, fog light, I guess.

Hi , thanks for the reply, but which is which in the cluster? top bulb high beam ? lower outer bulb fog light ? and lower inner bulb dipped? hard to tell as only the top bulb comes on when I switch the lights on.

I'm guessing,
but would expect top to be dipped beam, so it shines more downward.
Lowest is usually fog light.

surely it's the none lit lamp opposite the lamp that's lit on the left of the car ....

From my manual, for the later 2014 639.
Higher lamp is dipped,
below that is main,
inner and a little lower is fog.

Can't you just switch to manual dipped beam,
pull out for fogs also,
and push the stalk forward for main beam.
Now see what aint lit.
