On my 2015 e class 220 blue tec, I have a warning telling me the SOS is inoperable, anyone an idea What's wrong?

I’m guessing the SIM card is no longer working, or the data module it’s connected to, or the antenna has a fault.

Also, could be the LTE module on the fritz. Does LIVETraffic work or do you no longer subscribe? You can see the connectivity status somewhere in the COMAND menu but can't remember where off the top of my head.
