Hi Guys,
Im back with same problem, looks like the merc guy with his computer hasnt solved my problem, the car (SL320 01 model) again got stuck in second gear (emergency mode) and is not starting again?????? i have had the battery changed as told to by the merc guy who found a shed loads of little faults on the merc computer which he said was to do with battery.... obviously not
Any suggestions your help will be much appreciated.....

What has been done to the car so far, are there any earlier post.

Hi,
All the faults were wiped off and a new battery put in due to low amps on old battery. This seemed to have worked, but i drove to work and parked up. After the day drove parked up and same thing locked in second and hasnt started again at all.
