Warranty Address needed Please MB / DC

Can someone please give me the address of both MB and daimler chrysler warrenty people.

I am one of the many who have had a warranty repair rejected by MBUK / the dealer on the grounds that a wing of my car had been painted in the past.

I took the car in with 4 rusty wings , the painted two of them but refused the other 2 , one because it had been painted in the past , the other because it had a bump in it.

I want to start writing arsey letters to get it sorted out.

Who is the best people to write too, MN UK, MB Germany of DC ?

What do you hope to achieve? If they say that one panel is damaged, that's fair enough - you can't expect them to fix that foc. And, if its been painted in the past you're effectively asking them to repair someone else's work. As you have seen with the work they have done, they are prepared to do the work where it is their responsibility but their rules are clear. If a panel has been painted it stands to reason that it has been repaired in the past - and on that basis all bets are off.

I caused the damage , and i didnt expect it to repair it free of charge but i didnt expect it to rust. The other pannel had been repainted but what are the chances of that pannel rusting because of a bodged repair ...when all the other pannels were rusting as well ...! ?

Once damage is caused it can be argued that the rust is now as a result of that damage
and it is very difficult to argue otherwise..and as the other repairs are foc then u cant really argue
