Washer fluid Sensor

Does anyone know how to change the washer fluid sensor in a c class 220 w203

Hi Del,

You need to remove the plastic wheel arch lining trim at the front. Its held on by 10mm screws and plastic spread pin clips. Will make it easier with the wheel off.

You will see the washer pump(s) and level sensor. If i remember correctly its pushed through a rubber Grommet.

Thanks Ellsy, the ****** sensor only costs £11, so i will order it and wait for better weather before i do it:D

Dont blame you Del, Fiddling around with wheel arches is no fun in the cold!!

Some parts are surprisingly cheap, others are terrifyingly expensive!!
