Water leak from behind the manifold?!

Hi. Next saga on my W124 E320. Apparently I have water coming from somewhere behind the manifold. What is behind the manifold that could leak water? Also I have just had the head gasket done. Would these be connected issues ie one job has disturbed something else?????

I posted an answer on this one a while back, there is a hose fitted with a clip right on the back of the engine, faily easy to do.
