Hi, could really do with some help…recently found water in the boot of my car, took it to the mechanic and issue got fixed partially , he said water was getting in by the boot , but then went to the car wash to check if there s anymore ingress and surprise has anybody experienced such issues with this model . I tried Mercedes as well to see what they’re charging but the cost is absolutely astronomical just to see what the issue is…i shall attach some photos as well . Thank you all in advance. 983947CB-6FA1-4E1E-9ED9-98E074717989.jpeg FB639478-F8DA-4511-8130-8FA817C846C8.jpeg FB639478-F8DA-4511-8130-8FA817C846C8.jpeg

Check the rubber seal around the boot - also check the rear light seals - and 3rd brake light seal (if you have one in the boot lid

Also clean and polish the area around the boot seal so water can run away

+1 for Blobcat! I had a leak on my 2014 C Class that was traced to the boot lid seal which was replaced under warranty. MB in Glasgow had the car for 3 days before they found it, though so I was glad the problem was their's rather than mine!
