water sensor cap on my fuel filter keeps popping off on my A180

Has anyone else had a problem with the water sensor on their fuel filter ?
I have had 3 new fuel filters in the last 4 days the last one being a genuine mercedes 122.00 one and this weekend the cap blew off again ? now i'm stuck in Coventry with fuel going every where ? can any one help please ?

very odd that.
Have you checked the cap for damage - did you forget to
put seal on.

Has this only happened since you replaced it.
