Looking to push the car, what are the weak points I should fix before, I've remaped it from 170 to 200 hp, and thought about increasing the turbo pressure. The is stuck otherwise but I'm going to remove the DPF.
What is the turbo making?
What can I push it to stuck?
what should I change no matter pushing?
Should I even go that route?
Etc.

All answers appreciated

At the very least before tuning on any car, a good stage 0 service should be done;

- get the injectors professionally cleaned or install new ones.
- change you glow plugs for a quality new set.
- smoke test your system for any vacuum and boost leaks leaks.
- oil and filter, air filter, fuel filter
- atf service
- check all sensors are healthy such as maf, o2, cam/crank etc
- consider an intercooler upgrade

Obviously because the above costs money for what people think is no gain, the basics get ignored whilst contributing to performance. All the muppets just go straight to the tuning shop with £300 in their pocket.

As for the specifics of your car, I will let those who know advise on component limitations. I don’t mean to sound rude but, would it not be easier to buy a C320/350?

One thing that most totally overlook is upgrading the braking system and suspension of the car if you start to push the boundaries of the engine.

As DSK buy another car with the performance package you want which is a better outcome IMO

I'm 20 and a apprentice in Denmark, Just buying a car isnt really a option, and I'm not really thinking of making it a top of the line racecar, more in the "boring" tune up, I've done at little research and heard the the c250 is the same motor but with either another or bigger turbo, and thought why not.

Also I'm already finding parts for the service (motor, trans and diff oil, plus filters), but I'm gonna look for the glowplugs.

Any parts recommendations? also the car cost me around £11000 + my old car in exchange (around 4k), so buying another car is not going to happen, thinking of owning it for a couple years, and just wants some more out of the car

One of the weakest areas is the muted throttle pedal response because there is four settings of pedal developer coding called Pedalkennlinie.

And you guessed it it's pegged right back for getting the best possible in emissions . Not even custom remappers go into it and adjust .

But there is an easy way , increase the voltage to the throttle body and the throttle plate moves quicker.
