weird problem with suspension

hi, need some help please. recently the front left (passenger side) suspension starting makin noises. its just that side only which makes noises. if i push the car up and down it makes loud noises as if it needs oiling or something. when im driving it sounds terrible. all other sides seem to be ok. also when im standing stationary or drive and turn the steering wheel, it makes the same noise. any idea what could the problem be? could it be suspension or anything else.?

Which Mercedes vehicle do you own? What year? Etc.? Difficult to form an assessment if we don't know what you are referring to.

Yes it would be nice to know the car.

In general the anti roll bar bushes are big culprits for doing this and so are the bottom swivel ball joints

hi oh yeah sorry about that.. its a P reg mercedes, C 180 1996 Elegance. hope that help.. i dont want to spend a lot of money on it as im selling it now. Interior is in mint condition so is the exterior.
