Car: S204 220cdi om646 2008.
So there is coming a weird sound from fuel pressure regulator area (rail return line). I have already changed whole fuel rail with pressure sensor and regulator, but nothing changed.
Having a rough cold start. Rpm needle jumping up and down for a few seconds and then stabilizing. Smokes a bit more and mpg is also bad.
I'm having exactly the same problem like in these videos:
