Weird W166 Parktronic Issue

Hi,
I have a 2014 ML400 I just replaced a sensor as the parktronic wasn’t working (4 lights and beep then turning off).
This new sensor has enabled the system to work except for one fault, every time I slow down below about 20mph, the 4 front red sensor light up and a beep goes off. Other than that, the system works fine, all sensors work correctly.
Anyone else had this problem ??

4 red LED's on their own, usually indicate a problem with one of them sensors.

Is it only working correctly on one end?
