Welcome lights exterior

I have a Mercedes a class from 2019, when I unlock and lock the car, the welcome lights don’t work, I opend the car setting and the lights are turn on , what could be the problem?

It could be daylight… check if they come on when it’s dark

I’d go through all the convenience settings, turn them all off then go back and put on what you want.

Did they ever work? Or is the car new to you?
