What are These?

Just bought a 'newer' C220CDI estate 2011 W204. There are two silver MB logo discs in roof lining above rear seats. Not seen in previous MB. Does anyone know what they are for? (If indeed they are for a purpose!!)

Don't know but I will hazard a guess maybe there is a reading lamp option and the logo's are covering where they would be fitted? Someone on here will know..
