Does anyone get What Car, and still have issues going back a few mths?
I used to subscribe and wrote a letter to their help desk regarding daughter's Mitsubishi Colt. I stopped subscribing mid last year, but heard the other day from a relative that they'd seen my letter - I'm wondering if it featured in the Help section, or if they just published it as a letter?
What Car did contact me and said they'd come and take photo's etc, but I never heard any more about it, so I was surprised to hear they had published something.
