What does squeaking may be squealing on full lock left or right mean

Drive belt to the steering pump slipping as you over-exert the pump by holding it on full lock.

Either adjust the belt, or renew it if it is old and worn, or keep your steering just off full lock if that is the only time it happens. Worth checking the tension and condition of the belt though.

While you're at it check the level of the hydraulic steering pump fluid.

Might also be just the relief valves, and that is normal
