What is the best Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class 2014 head unit ?

I heard that Pionner, Alfine etc. provides best factory radios, but do they provide the best aftermarket android head unit too? Seems not. I really don't want the universal units. Is it better for me to get a special aftermarket car radio such as XTRONS QM1045A for my Cla-class C117 2014?
It has the Qualcomm Octacore 64 bit 2.0Ghz processor and the fully laminated screen. I'd like to make sure it work perfectly before I pay for it.

I would go for XTRONS. you can pay much less to get more features on the unit. i have had my xtrons for a few years now, still a happy user. As i can see, now XTRONS have much more new models with even better configurations. fully laminated screen is really impressive.
