Hi I have just bought a 2011 E200 and it has this where the phone Bluetooth was in my last EClass. Is the the Bluetooth Module or just a blanking cap?

Protector cap over the UHI connector that you can clip a phone specific cradle (if one is available for your phone) or a bluetooth adapter to.

Thanks for that. I have one of these, see photo, from my old car. How does the protector cap come off?

As Wighty says, I think it slides a little way towards the back of the car before it releases.

Thank you, doesn't seem to want to move at all, but I will try again later.

Got it off. Just needed to be firmer. Fitted the Bluetooth module all good. Thank you.
