What kind of spark plugs for 1994 C220

I wanted to know what kind of spark plugs I should be getting for my 1994 C220, I have pulled it up by model on sites and they list platinum and non-platinum plugs, but I know that honda's will say that platinum plugs are optional also but it is not recomended by the dealer to use them on some models.
