Help anyone!!
Up to now my 2009 (facelift with air scarf) was a R231 but now being told by various parts dealers that is a R230.

My problem aroused itself when trying to find a used O/S/F wing.

Can anyone deduce the exact model from the reg...EJ09 WVO or vin WDB230582F158536 in the vin it says 230???

I need a O/S/F wing they are slightly different to account for the early round headlamps and L shape on my car, I also think the air intakes (dummy) has two blades on earlier models and one on mine.

Had two delivered from breakers despite sending photos (will try to attach).

Now for the million dollar question....

Any member know a breaker or someone that might have a wing??

also the correct paint code

Thanks in
anticitation

Stan

The clue is in the Vin#. Take the first 3 numbers and that tells you the model.
The next 3 numbers give the type of model and used for spare parts.
Unfortunately, you have copied the Vin# incorrectly. It should have 17 digits, not 16.
I believe the correct Vin# is WDB2304582F158536

Get all the Part numbers you need for your car from this link.

The o/s/f wing for your car according to the correct Vin# is A 23 088 004 18

In case you are interested, this is the data card for your SL350 showing all the options fitted at build date.

Try Dronsfields, Trents or Prestige All Parts for Mercedes spares.
