This on all rubber seals

Mercedes Newcastle do good deals on parts, Fluids etc

I would use Brake Fluid ;)

Servicing wise it is Brake fluid every 2 years, Gearbox every 4 years.

I believe there is a good Indy down there @Rotorhead500 may be able to recommend someone, if not Coverdale 2 in Newton Abbot have serviced my family's MB's for many years.

Personally I would have it Ceramic Coated as it is Black

Thanks @JBell that link is great.

I have noticed a few tiny nicks on the paint work so I will look into getting them fixed then get the ceramic coating. Cheers

I used to use Mercare, at Estover - always kept the car in good order.

Steve, who's father used to own Mercare and was Chief Tech there when I used them, has now taken over this place, I believe. (He ended up buying my C63 off me!)

Thats a coincidence. I actually used Mercare to fix a censor on my SLK before I sold it a month ago.

I think the guy I saw was called John, really nice bloke.

I can put the roof down with the button on the keys already.. is there a difference?
Yes it allows you to re-program the car (turn off the stop/start permanently), adjust the number of window wipes after window squirt, improves the roof fold function (you do not need to keep buttons depressed, they become 1 touch) plus more....

Krytox ( I think I've spelt it right ) is better as it lasts longer but it's expensive.
