Or had a flat battery?
Not unusual for lots of errors to be stored if a battery is below the required voltage.

As above, fully charge the battery and hopefully those fault codes will disappear.
You may need to clear some yourself and see if they reappear.

With the code reader you used in Post#1 unless you just took photos of the codes from your mechanics reader?
