What should I expect to pay?

Hi I'm new to the forum but have tried to search on this without any luck. Would anyone know what I should expect to pay to carry out the following work identified on my last service for my c180 51 plate.

Track control arm brushes cracked
Front anti roll bar links knocking
Front anti roll bar worn

Not in the best of financial positions at the moment so don't want to be turned over but not competent enough to do it myself

Any garage can do this, not a long job, "front anti roll bar worn" never known this, I would ignore it. should not take more than I hour.
