I just purchased E 320 from 1997 and have a few questions:
My car does not have CD changer. Is it previred and do I have cable juck in the trunk? Where exactly?
Dealer supplyed me with the set of winter tires - Cooper 215/60/16. SInce original size for this car is 215/55/16, can I use these tires and with what size of rims? 16" by what 7,5 or 8 or?

From the width of the tire, 215mm, they would only really be suitable for 7.5J tyres. They would work on 8J tyres too, but it's stretching the tyre to the maximum. For 8J's the tyre size needs to be 225's ideally.

Wearing 215/60's instead of 215/55's will make a minor change to your speedo accuracy, but no major scenario other than that.

The tyres will fit the rims you have they are just a bit higher
