wheel alignment

well nobody told me vw have the gear to do 4 wheel alignment on mercs
speaking to the service manager there they have the machine specifically to do this, cannot say if this is just in vw linwood\glasgow however asked the price for this and was told he would do it for 80.00 against 160+ at MB which i thought very reasonable.

i think its due to the four wheel drive vw-audi range have like mb tracking adjustment on the rear aswell

£60-£80, I believe but I think it can vary from branch to branch.
They will check front suspension and steering for wear first before setting the car up on the alignment jigs. If wear was found after, when adjusting it would defeat the object of the alignment.
Though I have not used them myself other members have and recommended them.
