wheel balance

can anyone recommend a `skilled` wheel/tyre balancing place in Gtr Manchester, or even further if neccesary, preferably with one of them new-fangled dynamic balancing machines ( Hunter ? ) as I`m sick of spotty monkeys who cant even mount the wheels right. Trip through mid-Wales today ruined by 1. god pointing a hose pipe at me and 2. bad vibrations again.
